Flash news (sorry)
I’m delighted to have a story, Living With Cancer in the April edition of Eclectic Flash. Delighted on two fronts: firstly, because it’s a beautifully produced magazine, available either as a PDF or print edition, which has evidently been the product of much care, effort, and no little flair by people who want to make good writing stand out. And secondly, because I’ve spent about a year touting this particular story around to various outlets, all of whom said kind things about it but ultimately chose not to take it. The advice I got from those places, particularly Every Day Fiction, undoubtedly helped shape it into a better story.
